COVID-19 POLICIES & PROTOCOL

Please read this document THOROUGHLY, and make sure you are well-versed with our policy and protocolsas it will be mandatory that all students and guardians adhere to these policies and operations in order to maintain access to the lesson program.
PPE: Masks are to be worn in the facility at all times, except while riding. Additionally, we are requiring all students to have their own riding gloves, and keep them on during the duration of their lesson. Each rider is strongly encouraged to have their own helmet and crop (if applicable) as well. These items can be found at Farm & Fleet in Rockton, as well as at some of our favorite shopping sites, Dover Saddlery, Stateline Tack, and Schneider’s.
Horse Camp: Unfortunately, Horse Camp will not be held in Summer 2020. Camp is something I know many look forward to each year, so we make this decision with a heavy heart. We feel this decision is in the best interest of the safety of our barn family, and we’ll aim for an amazing Camp return in 2021.
Stable Show: Our Spring 2020 Stable Show & High Point Presentation will be rescheduled as soon as we feel it is safe to do so. We know how much this Stable Show means to our riders, and want to make sure it happens in a fashion that is safe, fun, and worthy of honoring our students who worked so hard during the 2019/2020 Series. As soon as we have a date, we will let everyone know!
Re-Opening Date: The tentative re-opening date for Stone Ledge Farm is Monday, June 1st. Please look for a separate email from us confirming lesson times and addressing any credits you may have remaining from March.
Stone Ledge Farm would like to thank everyone for your continued support and cooperation as we navigate through these new challenges together. Please let us know if you have any questions, and be on the lookout for a separate follow-up email to confirm your lesson times. Lastly, we would like to stress that if you are at all uncomfortable with continuing lessons during this crisis, for health or other reasons, we encourage you to remain home until you feel personally safe and comfortable resuming lessons.
